Fatinc played a key role in supporting 30 North through the successful launch of its first store by assisting in strategic location selection and leading negotiations with the developer. The team oversaw the preparation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, ensuring all technical requirements were met to support smooth operations. In addition, Fatinc managed the selection of equipment, negotiated with machinery suppliers to secure optimal terms, and handled the formulation of all related purchasing orders, delivering a comprehensive and streamlined setup process from planning to execution
