FatInc. was responsible for creating the MEPs, kitchen design, kitchen flow planning, and equipment selection for the renowned and highly acclaimed program Million Pound Menu (MPM). The designs and selections provided by FatInc. were used by all contestants featured on the show, supporting the program’s dynamic and high-performance culinary environment.

ORCHARD restaurant is an international cuisine restaurant serving Al Buroj compound’s residences. Restaurant is occupied 1135 SQM ; 420 SQ indoor & 715 SQ M outdoor
Restaurant has 210 seats, offers wide selection of traditional cooking. High quality products are mainly used in the kitchen to be combined with new compotators' tests and textures.
