Project Overview

FatInc. was responsible for developing all technical drawings, kitchen flow planning, kitchen design, menu engineering, and the selection of kitchen equipment and utensils for the client, Uppingham School. In addition, FatInc. oversaw the creation of the operational structure, recruitment, and overall management of the kitchen. Uppingham also manages the dining area, including the flow of the buffet and the selection of buffet equipment. Furthermore, FatInc. designed and created a dedicated kiosk to serve snacks for staff and parents, enhancing the overall food and beverage offering on campu

An introduction

ORCHARD restaurant is an international cuisine restaurant serving Al Buroj compound’s residences. Restaurant is occupied 1135 SQM ; 420 SQ indoor & 715 SQ M outdoor

Restaurant has 210 seats, offers wide selection of traditional cooking. High quality products are mainly used in the kitchen to be combined with new compotators' tests and textures.
