FatInc. was responsible for developing all technical drawings, kitchen flow planning, kitchen design, menu engineering, and the selection of kitchen equipment and utensils for the client, Uppingham School. In addition, FatInc. oversaw the creation of the operational structure, recruitment, and overall management of the kitchen. Uppingham also manages the dining area, including the flow of the buffet and the selection of buffet equipment.
